Chelsea won by a 3-1 aggregate after they shared spoils with the Whites in Madrid in the first leg of the semi-finals.
They got Wednesday’s goals from Timo Werner just 28th minutes into the first half and from Mount who squared a Pulisic pass towards stoppage time.
Chelsea were denied a number of chances and could have won by a great margin if they had clinical finishes.
It’s now official, the Uefa Uefa Champions League will be between English Premier League rivals Chelsea and Manchester City.
They last met in the FA Cup match won by Chelsea.
